The hardest walk is walking alone.  But, it’s also the strongest. (Unknown)

Day 23 – ‘W’
ABC's of Leadership (Walk)

ABC’s of Leadership (Walk)

It’s easy to make promises.  It’s harder to keep them.

Leadership is a contact sport. It’s action-oriented.  Leadership is a verb.  It requires consistency – putting one foot, in front of the other – walking towards the promises you make, and towards a better environment.

Our walk counts for more than our talk. Always. (George Mueller)

Today’s concept focuses on alignment.  It is critical to for leaders to be in full alignment with organizational strategies, personal beliefs and actions.  Harvard Business Review author Bill Taylor’s ‘The Best Leader’s Talk the Walk” claims “leaders that think differently about their business invariably talk about it differently as well.”
